Is your gym for pro fighters only?

In fact, the majority of our membership is made up of kids, teens and adults who train in our programs.
We also offer beginner programs to help the novice or first timer ease into our programs.

What age do you start training children?

We start training kids as young as 3 years of age. They will be part of our “Little Champs” program.
Please note: All children must be potty trained and out of diapers. 

What are your membership rates?

The membership rates only tell half the story. I’d strongly suggest stopping by and seeing the academy first hand.

We have world class instructors teaching full-time, in addition to a world class facility and staff. We take pride in making sure our students learn and train in a fun, family friendly environment. With that said please ….Please click the link below for our rates.



Do you offer trial memberships?

Yes! For kids and teens, we offer a 6 week special for $60*.
*This includes a Gi (uniform) or gloves.

Our adult trial is 3 classes for $20. 

Please note: Our trial memberships are only available to first time customers and local South Florida residents.
Proof of residency (valid ID or drivers license) is required prior to sign up.

Who are your instructors and what are their credentials?

All of our instructors are highly credentialed in their respective art. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belts are certified and have many years of training and teaching experience under their belts. Our striking instructors are also highly qualified, with many years of coaching and real-time experience in organizations such as the UFC and Bellator, among others.  Another benefit is our instructors are full-time, with multiple instructors on the mat per class. 

How can I get started?

We make the sign-up process very easy. You can call to set-up an appointment (954-425-0705), or stop in anytime we are open.
Our front desk staff will be happy to give you a no-hassle tour of the facility, as well as answer any questions you have regarding our programs.

What can I expect my first day of class?

We suggest arriving approximately 10-15 minutes before your class starts. You will check-in at the front desk, and then go to the area where you’re class will be. If you have any questions, our front desk staff will be happy to help guide you through the process.

Also, stay hydrated! Do not eat a full meal right before training and come with an open mind to learn.

I’m visiting from out of town. Can I train at your gym?

Yes, absolutely! We welcome all visitors, no matter your gym affiliation.
Our drop-in rates to train in our adult classes are:
Daily $25 – Purchase day pass here
Weekly $100 – Purchase week pass here
Monthly $300 – Purchase Monthly pass here

*Rates include: showers, weights, cardio equipment and fitness classes.

I’m traveling from out of town. Where do you recommend I stay?

We suggest the Hampton Inn & Suites, which is conveniently located right next to our academy.
We have partnered with them to provide you with our corporate discount rate.

Do you offer any type of live in accommodations at the gym?

Our fighter dorm rooms are reserved for American Top Team pro fighters on a case by case basis.
Sorry, they are not available to the general public or visitors.

I'm interested in private lessons. How does that work?

Private lessons are a great way to supplement your training.

First, you must be a member of our gym.
If you’re already a member, that’s great. You can speak directly with the instructor to discuss their rates and availability.

If you’re not a member of the gym or visiting from out-of-town, you would need to pay our short-term (drop-in rates) which are:
$25 for the day or $100 for the week. That’s in addition to what the instructor charges.

If you need help finding the right instructor, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note: We don’t charge our instructors a percentage of their private lessons or set their rates.
We just require that you’re a member of our facility.

A general guide for private lessons will range between $50 – $125 per lesson.
Depending upon the instructors availability and length of commitment.

From there, scroll down to find the academy nearest you, or the one you’re most interested in training at.

Please Note: Each academy is individually owned and operated, so please check directly with the academy you are interested in training at for more info on their programs and classes.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 60-Day Cancellation Notice.

You may cancel your membership anytime after your first month.
You must notify Diane via email at: to submit your 60-day written cancellation notice.

Please note: emails will only be read and processed during normal business hours Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.

o During the 60-day period, you may continue to attend your regularly scheduled classes.

o Any verbal and/or written communication to our staff or coaches to cancel membership will not be accepted.
